Jeanine Verloop (b. 1994) is a Dutch visual artist creating multimedia work and kinetic sculptures. Her practice invites audiences into alternative realities, where technology evolves not through control and precision, but through vulnerability, malfunction, and destruction. Driven by a fascination with how technology can shape, expand, and limit our imagination, Verloop’s work has evolved from her early studies in illustration (2018) to include abstract printing devices, media archaeology, scientific glassblowing, destructive machine performances, experimental sound, interactive installations, and experimental film.

In 2020, Verloop was granted the Emerging Artist Grant from the Mondriaan Fund, alongside a starting subsidy from the Creative Industries Fund NL for her research into scientific glassblowing. Her work has been exhibited internationally, including at ARS Electronica with V2_Lab for Unstable Media (2022). She participated in residencies at Hangar_org in Barcelona (2019) as part of the Summer Sessions by V2_, CYENS – Centre of Excellence in Nicosia, Cyprus (2022), and at iii – the Instrument Inventors Initiative in The Hague (2024).
